In 2023 we discussed about and chose a new water profile, immediately we fell in love with it, this year it is all about hops, lots oh hops.
702 Mosaic DynaBoost is followed by double dry hop additions of Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Riwaka hops. A blend of hops that we are certain will complement each other beautifully, just like a good friendship.
