After visiting Trondheim (NO), sitting still was never an option. So we did what any decent brewing crew would do: monkey business around the kettles at Rock City. Together with Monkey Brew we crafted this thick, juicy Hazy Triple IPA. A creative collision of technique, chaos and stories worth repeating. Fermented with Pineapple Passion, a new yeast built for tropical intensity, bursting pineapple character.
